This place is more beautiful than the photos could ever possibly justify! The first day on the trip the smoke alarm started beeping and it was fixed before I even returned to the house Mikael was so sweet and proactive! This place was peaceful and quiet and the view was breath taking. There are notes left around the house but I personally found them so helpful! It helped me navigate the home as if it was my own! And the black stone pizza up the road was the most incredible place I’ve ever been. 10/10 would stay here over and over!

Everything was perfectly fine, we stayed a couple of nights during our honeymoon and enjoyed the Pineapple Express! Pretty house and surrounding. Albert gave us some recommendations for activities and food, which was very helpful!

This was the best first Airbnb experience. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary with our 3 young kids. This home was just beautiful. The photos do not do enough justice. The home was super spacious and TV in both rooms. Our 5yr old enjoyed the jacuzzi because it was shallow and warm. The pool was huge with a diving board. It was nice having the outdoor kitchen and grill. We were able to prepare our food while also watching the kids swim. We enjoyed her papayas, avocados, and mango. Ms. Sandra shared with us her organic eggs from her chickens, Kale, beets, basil, and lettuce from her garden. Every morning when I woke up, I couldn't wait to open the curtains and windows to see the view and hear the birds. I could go on and on about this place. Thank you Ms. Sandra. It was such a pleasure meeting you and spending time in you beautiful home🙏

We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The complex was lovely with parking in front of the unit. We used the community bbqs every day to cook meals. The view from the patio was amazing, and Carol's place was perfect for our family. It was very clean with everything you needed for the beach. Umbrellas, towels, lawn chairs, and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of extras. Provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, towels, etc. Wonderful view from the balcony.

The decor made your place feel very "at home", like we were staying in a HOME not a rental. Decor fit the area and culture perfectly. Appreciated you having your own artwork decorating the walls! View and sound of ocean was beautiful. Very quiet at night. Setting too was so enjoyable - landscape, fish in the pond, sound of flowing water.... very restful and peaceful. Appreciated use of the beach equipment!!! Your kitchen was remarkably WELL stocked - so many claim to, you delivered and then some - had everything we needed down to measuring spoons, blender, rice cooker, large and small pans..... we enjoyed cooking and staying there!!

Location is everything in Kona and this place has it. Centrally located in Kona with easy walking access to tons of restaurant, bars and shopping options. Kona can be a busy place at times so to be able to leave the car behind and walk to nearby options is a HUGE advantage. The condo was as described and is perfect for two adults. The condo complex provided lush landscaping, nice pool area and a very helpful front desk in case you are in need of something during your stay.

It's a great place. It's so close to the beach, big enough for a family, and has a full kitchen with sauce and seasoning so we can cook simple food for the kids. They have most beach supplies, like chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It helps us save money on rentals.

We had a lovely stay! It was in a quiet, peaceful, and convenient location close to everything (only 5 mins driving from the beach!). The inside was cute and cozy, we felt right at home. Josh was quick to respond and gave very detailed instructions, which was super appreciated! We’d highly recommend staying in this gem in Kona!

부모님과 아이와 함께 한 여행이었습니다. 주방은 필요한 모든것들을 다 구비하고 있었습니다. 바베큐장에서 고기도 맛있게 구워먹고 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 아이랑 놀기 좋았습니다. 스노쿨링 장비, 부기보트, 비치체어 등 물놀이에 필요한것들이 많이 있었습니다. 집에서 바라보는 오션뷰도 멋졌고 코나여행하기에 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 덕분에 좋은 추억을 만들었습니다.

Great stay! Best host I’ve ever had in all my stays with Airbnb. Responsive, communicative. Went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed; for example, purchased a brand new high chair so we wouldn’t need to pack one. Really nice home. Pool was great.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

Lorelle was away part of our stay but she left us in great hands. Evan was super helpful! All the beach gear made our stay easier and amazing! We loved the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the hot tub most evenings. Thank you for hosting us!

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

We loved our time at this house. It’s set on a beautiful, lush property very convenient to everything on the Kona side of the island. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were tons of beach recreation supplies and the hot tub was a welcome addition! Adam was really responsive and had some great suggestions in the guest book. There’s a neighbor dog that barks in the morning, so that may wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise this was a great place to stay while exploring the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront townhouse in the beautiful Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking sunset views and the soothing sound of waves all day long. The townhouse is tastefully renovated, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the Hawaiian-themed décor and relaxing island vibe. The community is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like the pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and BBQ grills. We enjoyed morning walks to nearby beaches and afternoons snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach—so many colorful fish and even sea turtles! Being close to shopping and restaurants was a big plus. Watching whales and dolphins from the lanai was the highlight of our trip! This place truly feels like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely return. Mahalo for an unforgettable stay!

We had the most amazing stay in Kona at Richard’s place. The house truly felt like home away from home for a week. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous with breathtaking views of the ocean. The inside was perfect for our family from the dining area to the tv area to the game area where we gathered to play some of the games Richard had on hand a few of the evenings we were there. When we go back, we definitely want to book Richard’s place again! We sure miss being there this week!

Aloha, We go to Kona every year from Maui for a soccer tournament and Joanne’s place was perfect!! Walking distance to Alii Drive and all the restaurants and bars!! I would highly recommend her place. She was fast to respond to any questions and had some great local advice!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Would definitely stay there again!!

This was a beautiful well maintained home, with many amenities. The location secluded and private, yet relatively close to markets, shopping, tours and activities. There were plenty of options if you wanted things to do. However, it was a perfect, tranquil getaway if you wanted to do nothing but relax. I enjoyed everything about this property I would definitely reserve it again. The Elite Gather Team was very helpful. In particular Liam went out of his way to help us during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Mahalo

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

Nice, comfortable spot near the ocean and walking distance to a good snorkeling beach. Plenty of beach gear in the closet and the AC in each of the rooms was great and much-needed. Nice pool for kids. Responsive to questions. Great hosts and great place!
