Barney's Beach House - Dog Friendly

Welcome to your beachside escape! Our cozy unit, located just steps from North Valla Beach, is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families. Enjoy a comfortable living space, kitchenette, and outdoor area. Dogs are welcome (outside only please, unless discussed otherwise) and the property offers plenty of space for them to roam. We live upstairs with our toddler and groodle, Barney, and are happy to assist. Close to beaches, cafes, and nature, it’s a great spot to relax and recharge.

The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Please read policies and rules before booking with a pet. Note: you will hear some noise from the main house

The township of South West Rocks is 5 mins drive and provides everything you need to make a great stay. Smoky Cape lighthouse and Trial bay Gaol are all at your fingertips as well as Bushwalking tracks in the National Park.

Situated next to bush expect to see goannas, bugs and if you're lucky a lizard or two. You can also say hi to our chooks.

Hampton retreat is situated in a quite street of south west rocks, 6 minute drive to horse shoe Bay (2.5km walk). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hampton retreat is a private space on ground floor of our home. The entrance is with side access so you can come and go as you please. Hampton retreat has a full kitchen with oven, grill, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sink, fridge/freezer. Other appliances available are Air fryer, saucepans and a gas BBQ

Self check-in, and private. This stand-out accomodation sits on a gentle hilltop offering a vista to many beautiful sunsets, a dam in the distance and majestic gumtrees and forest walking trail beyond. It is located just two minutes off the Pacific Highway, and only 10 minutes to Kempsey and 25 minutes to Port Macquarie. It comes with Wifi, TV and Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, built-in robes as well as an in-ground swimming pool, heated spa and under-cover allocated parking.

Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.

"2 the Gap" Hat Head is, relaxation at the beach

2 the Gap Hat Head, is located in the small coastal village of Hat Head. Surrounded by National park and coastal beaches, the area is perfect for those that enjoy bush walking, cycling, swimming or just lazing on the beach. Private and fully renovated, the Flat is attached to our garage and is at the top of a steep driveway which give the flat views of the shimmering ocean and the stunning Hat Head mountain. Suitable for a couple, we don't cater for Children or pets.

Crescent Beach Studio

Self contained private studio located in the village of Crescent Head that is surrounded by tropical gardens and only a short stroll to the beach and shops. The studio is situated directly beneath our family home, so you may hear some household noise from time to time, including the sounds of our kids footsteps. We do our best to keep things quiet, but we appreciate your understanding. You might also see us in the garden area near the stairs as we go about our day.

This recently completed apartment with spectacular panoramic views from Hat Head to Point Plomer, is your perfect Crescent Head escape. You can feel the calm as you ascend the stairs from the private entry. This self contained space for 2 people offers a peaceful stay to relax and rejuvenate. Wake up looking at the view of Front Beach and the creek and watch the eagles soar over Back Beach.
