This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

The stay was great — a nice, new apartment about 30 minutes from the city center, located in a lively green area. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good experience.

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and convenient for exploring the area. The layout of the home was both fun and unique, offering a refreshing departure from the typical accommodations. It really added to the overall experience. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

I had a great stay at the apartment. Seeing that I was unable to find a hotel for a big conference, Tom’s place was a great find. Walkable and close to everything in downtown GR and easy to access. Also the water pressure was GREAT! The place was clean, and I was happy I rented it.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

Cozy and nice decor. I would recommend it to others and visit property again. But would rather a unit not off alley. At the opening of the alley and the alley is utilized by the unhoused community, and a gathering and hanging spot. I didn’t expect that, but it reflects the current affairs of our nation (a humble reality and reminder). In unit I could hear the gatherers and was worried that it would be noisy at night. But when I returned in the evening they were gone, and I did not see them anymore during my stay. Think they navigate the city accordingly, nomadically. Pub/restaurants open in close proximity and for the evening/weekend, the 1 night I was there, they never returned. I slept well. Close to our event location (graduations), and eateries – walking distance. Staying here accommodated nicely!

Super clean space, and just as described!! Will absolutely be staying here when we return to Grand Rapids. Perfect location.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

Mitten's property was perfect for our needs. The rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. One of the units has a very large kitchen island which was great for entertaining guests from both units. We were traveling with a 4 month old, so the washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Each unit has a two car garage. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

My family and I needed just one night to stay near Grand Rapids and Livesuite's delivered! It was super easy to find, gas station within walking distance and great restaurants. We went to Anna's House for breakfast and it was amazing food and service. I would definitely stay here again, beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Thank you Livesuite's!!

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

We enjoyed our stay & would stay again. We were very surprised at how quiet it was. the walls are very thick so you really don’t hear your neighbors. We were on the 11th flr and had a great view of the sunrise. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. there is a giant library where you can hang out and play cards etc. we only found one board game , so bring your own cards. there are 2 game areas and some of the arcade games are free which is very kind. there is shuffleboard & pingpong. The management was very responsive and friendly. the check in instructions for our unit were confusing to us. it said east side of building which we couldn’t figure out, but that’s basically the left side of the building when you’re facing the front. once we knew that we were able to find our parking spot easily. it’s easy to get lost once inside, so it’s good to pay attention to landmarks and use stairwell numbers as a reference.

Nice spot to stay at. Wish the bed and pillows were comfier but I could have brought my own pillow.

Definitely a kids zone!! My 4 & 6 year old grandsons loved the space, and the location is minutes from plenty of things to do…when not gaming! The 6 year old said “best vacation ever!!”

Although the apartment complex is a little older, the apartment was bright and newly furnished, had all amenities as described. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and has beautiful houses, and we enjoyed springtime walking here, to Nantucket bakery, the farmer's market and downtown, which is easily reachable. Instructions from the host were clear and communication was easy. Thank you!

While all of us are local to the Grand Rapids area, our stay at the Castle was a 2024 Christmas present to spend time together with family. We booked two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units which were across the hall from each other. We were on the 11th floor of one of the towers and had a beautiful view to the west for sunsets and east for sunrises. Both units were well furnished, clean, with everything and more than we needed. The arcade room and library with a large table are great for hanging out and playing games. Communication about check in, amenities, building/room codes, parking, check out, etc was very clear and prompt. We asked for an hour late check out due to the time change and that was accommodated - thank you!! The Castle is very close to downtown Grand Rapids for all that our great city has to offer. Shoutout to Florentines for our great pizza dinner on Friday night.
