Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

This AirBnB option was the most affordable in the area given the time frame we were here. Though, still not extremely cheap. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, furniture options, and bedding in the home. It was also decorated very nice and felt cozy and personable. I would return here if we ever went to the area again for a trip. Host was also kind and responsive, rules and instructions were clear.

I really loved the vibe of the house. It was clear that Hemali had taken great care to coordinate the renovation and the ensuing decoration of the house. Everything was very neat and clean, and check-in/access was easy peasy. Would definitely stay there again!

Quiet and easy to get to. Had things to do in GR, but was nice to escape to a more peaceful setting.

This was perfect for what we needed. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and downtown was easy to get to as well! We will stay again!

Great place, Great communication, and a great location for housing

I loved everything the place has to offer from the firepit down to the air hockey table, home was beautiful and welcoming. The host Jeremy fantastic! Clear instructions and quick to respond and respectful. I will recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Mark is a great host, very responsive, helpful and nice. His upstairs apartment that he lists on AirBnB is lovely with lots of vintage details and accurately described along with some surprise additional amenities. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The only slight drawback, as others have noted, is the shower. It's a handheld shower you use while standing in a claw-footed tub with the low side of an angled ceiling above it. I'm 5'8" and couldn't stand up straight in there. It's just a little awkward. But, the shower head itself, including the water pressure and hot water, were great. Highly recommend Mark's place if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Grand Rapids.

We stayed at Michael’s place while our daughter was undergoing rehabilitative physical therapy at Mary Free Bed after a bad accident. The place was a perfect fit for our needs - two bedrooms so family coming to visit our daughter from out of town could spend a night if necessary. The place was stocked with everything including all the bathroom and shower supplies you could ever need. Lots of extra linens, towels, etc. There was a small fenced in yard for our dog to run around and a covered area with a picnic table for when we wanted to hang out outdoors and have a glass of wine after a full day with our daughter in the hospital. Very close / walkable to all of the restaurants and bars on Bridge Street if you want to get out for some food and drinks. Michael was immediately responsive when we reached out to him for any questions.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

Great apartment with an excellent location. it's within walking distance of Van Andel and a ton of great restaurants and bars. The setup is ideal for two couples due to the split floorplan and two full bathrooms. would stay again.

Perfect studio for a long or short stay. We had no issues during our time here and really enjoyed it. Timothy worked with us on a special request involving our stay and was incredibly reasonable. The place is clean and homey and does a lot with the space. Would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Rapids.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

This is a beautiful home in the country, but it is only about 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. The room is like a small apartment with a little kitchenette. It is clean and very well priced. I loved the porch swing! I hope to be back again!

Perfect location, beautiful place. We all at one time said that if we could buy a place just like it to live in permanently we would.

My family and I needed just one night to stay near Grand Rapids and Livesuite's delivered! It was super easy to find, gas station within walking distance and great restaurants. We went to Anna's House for breakfast and it was amazing food and service. I would definitely stay here again, beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Thank you Livesuite's!!
