We had a fabulous stay at Anthony and Gigi’s heritage bungalow. We didn’t arrive until midnight but they were waiting for us to check us in. The bungalow was gorgeous - such a cool place to stay in a great location. Anthony gave us some recommendations for restaurants and every one was a winner! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anthony and Gigi and their lovely home.

The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

We had a wonderful stay at Deepu’s place. It’s a beautiful cottage, a blend of English countryside stone cottage and a Swiss chalet, very nicely done…well equipped! Lovely surroundings. Shijo, the caretaker is a gem - ensuring excellent hospitality and tasty local cuisine! All in all, we had a very relaxing stay, just what we wanted!

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Such a nice, beautiful and pleasant place it was. A nice place to hangout for a group of friends or families together. We had a very pleasant time at the stay. Host is super responsive and very helpful. We would definitely prefer visiting again. Stay is worth the price and has good amenities in the home.

superhost for a reason. Gautham always had us communicated and asked promptly about any thing that we need. the caretaker in the property was also very prompt and we got bonfire and BBQ on time. the only thing that is a little bit tricky is reaching the parking of thumpayil hills, because Google maps shows shortcuts and that landed us in trouble. i would recommend taking to Gautham on how to reach and follow the same. food was good and Gautham also booked jeep ride for us for local attractions. the view from top of chakkipara hill above the property is breathtaking. We will definitely recommend this property for visitors if they want some adventure and are fine with secluded properties away from hustle and bustle of City. Here only sunlight and chirping of birds will be there.

We visited this place with 4 families, 8 adults and 4 children. The host Selvaraj was very supportive, answering all questions over phone until we reach the property. After reaching the property, caretakers Selvaratnam and Vinit took care of everything. The hospitality of caretakers is worth mentioning. They prepared delicious home made food at a reasonable rate (the rate mentioned in the menu is for 1kg of prepared food, which is sufficient to serve for 5-6 adults). The view from the house is amazing. We were also able to see a lot of wild Bisons from the Balcony. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

It is a full bungalow, privately made available for you. 1. It was easy to reach. Only a few hundred meters from the wellington main road. 2. The whole property was kept clean and tidy 3. The provided extra beds 4. The kitchen was free for us to use. Had a gas stove, toaster, oven and water filter. 5. There was hot water available in the bathrooms and even in kitchen. 6. Swiggy or zomato can deliver to food you. And there are plates, spoons, etc 7. Have a good garden around the property with a variety of flowers. 8. They provided a facility for the driver to stay in the same property. That was helpful for us. 9. Conooor town, Sims Park, highfield tea factory, all was easily reachable from here. Host Keeth is very supportive and listening.

Loved staying at the Notting Hill. So peaceful, just like we wanted! The caretakers were really kind & exceptional cooks. So good that we had all our breakfasts and dinners there :) Also the library room was our favourite part of the house, where we just relaxed for hours at end.
