An absolutely amazing place. We found ourselves at home and with all the convenient amenities required for a great holiday. Very spacious and situated in a perfect location. Above all, Brenda was simply amazing, taking time to explain everything and giving us excellent recommendations. She was so helpful and always contactable. We will certainly be returning to this beautiful cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. We could easily walk into the town centre in a few minutes and it was close to the station for our friends travelling by train. The house was very comfortable and roomy. Tom the host was very responsive to our queries. The area was quite and although there was no designated parking, we found it easy to park on the street and were provided with permits. It was a great base for us to attend a friend's party and explore the local area. Compared to staying in a B&B or hotel it was great value and gave us our own space to relax.

I think Rose's place was exactly what we needed on the last night of our roadtrip to the Highlands from London. Perfect place to take off on a detour through the Lake District on our way home. Very quirky, but fun decor inside.

It was a short stay, but everything was as described. Contact with Fleur was pleasant and nice, Fleur made sure we felt at home, Our wind turbine technicians had everything they needed.

We had a wonderful stay and family New Year celebration 🥳 Frans place is relaxed and fun with a bohemian vibe. Lots of space. Truly Air B&B with a homely approach and everything you need. Great tips and instructions too. Its worth noting for larger groups and people :-) that there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite (no door). This is the only shower. The other two rooms have pretty small doubles. There is a bath too, but hot water is limited. We made it work and had a wonderful time, but this may not be ideal for others.

Wished we had more time to spend at this accommodation. The place was fantastic and Mark was very accommodating and responsive. Probably the best host to deal with in terms of replying and providing information. I would definitely stay again next trip. Super easy to find and check in/out.

I didn’t meet Helen but I was sent a message leading up to my visit, with instructions and her number for any issues arising. The house was very clean and has a lovely back garden with amazing views. It was nice to watch the sun setting from it. There was a bottle of wine left out for us which I think was a lovely touch. Also, there was a folder with instructions and recommendations and a guest book. The location is close enough to walk into the town and to drive to Maryport and Windermere. We enjoyed staying here, it made me wish that I lived in Keswick. Thank you!

The pictures do not do this location the justice it deserves! Perfect house for 8 of us to celebrate three 50th Birthdays. A short walk into Bowness with lots to see and do, if walking though be mindful there are some inclines back up! The hot tub view was amazing and an added bonus to this house. Simon was a very attentive host, answered very quick to any queries in the lead up and also during our stay. All in all a fab long weekend, great house and location. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A few seconds walk to the heart of Ambleside but quiet despite the proximity of bars and restaurants. We only stayed a night but being able to park close by and walk out for dinner/ breakfast pastries was a lovely bonus when we usually stay in more remote locations. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!

This flat is an absolute gem right in the heart of beautiful Keswick. Check in was so easy and the directions to get to the flat were spot on. We felt at home straight away. The flat is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay. Sandra even left a packet of crisps and a bottle of prosecco on arrival for us which was such a lovely touch. We had no problems with the parking space available. The only tiny and very very small downside we found was that the traffic on the main street could be heard early morning from around 6.30ish when in the main bedroom. It is not heard in the middle floor bedroom as it doesn't have a window facing the main street. However we would definitely stay here again. Sandra is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Our 2nd stay in Regent St and didn't disappoint. A clean spacious apartment, ideally suited for Lancaster centre and all it's amenities, but very peaceful and quiet. Host Gail was great, very communicative and cooperative. Great stay, im sure we'll be back.

Impeccable cleanliness! I as well as my parents (who places upmost importance on cleanliness) were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment! Angela also gave quick responses to our queries and greeted us so warmly! The home was also close by walking distance to a lake and a quick drive to towns nearby! Located in a town itself, there is no issue if you are finding a place to dine, grocery shopping or enjoying a quaint lifestyle. Would come back again if we were to travel around the lakes!

Lovely apartment for 4 in a great location. Lori was responsive to any messages and check in easy & straightforward. Warm, clean and nice touches like a pint of milk left for us in the fridge as we arrived late, shampoo, shower gel, handwash, good hairdryer. Cooker easy to use and enough utensils/pans to cook a meal if you wish. Comfortable beds, lovely bath plus a cute balcony to sit out in warmer months. We slept well, nice and quiet but also only 5 minute walk to town centre. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend as a base to explore the Lake District, thank you Lori 😊

Lovely ground floor apartment, in very easy walking distance to the centre of Keswick. On road parking was free of charge, and we had no problems parking close to the house. Nice & clean - had no issues or problems at all.

Excellent place in brilliant location. The flat looks bigger and better than expected in the pictures.

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

We had a wonderful 5 days here. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious, beautifully decorated and a real home from home. It was immaculately clean, the hosts had left us some treats which we were very grateful for. Lottie gave us lots of recommendations before we arrived and they were really useful as we visited The Brew Brothers for Breakfast which was just a stones throw from the apartment and really good, did the Orrest Head Walk and the views were spectacular, went to The Brown Horse Inn for lunch and it was well worth it, such lovely food, we also went to Mathilde’s for coffee/cake when we were in Grasmere, wonderful ! Kendal is a perfect base to visit Windermere, Grasmere, Ambleside etc. We will return ! x

What a gem of a place! We just needed a place to stay before an event at RSBP Leighton Moss (10min v. scenic drive) that required an early morning. Located right in the middle of Carnforth - about 5-10min walk from train station - and round corner from supermarket. Parking is on-street, we managed to get a space but could see some potential issues (nothing the owners can do - just modern life). We were so impressed with this little place, can't believe how much useful stuff the owners managed to get into the property without it feeling cluttered - microwave (with useful microwavable containers), kettle/toaster, an airfryer(!), fridge, coffee machine and more. And not to mention the "care package" - cereals and breakfast items, milk and OJ, tinned goods, sweet treats, crisps and fruit, plus the usual tea, coffee etc., and every type of toiletries you could ask for. Bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with a lovely walk-in shower. Would stay again if in the area

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Liam was very responsive and helped us all the way. The place is lovely and it was a bonus to have the little balcony for our dog. Lovely bedrooms and very spacious. Shower is also great. We had a sunny weekend so ended up not using the club facilities like we wanted but it was there on offer. The only downside was the duvet sheets were a bit too big for the duvet itself so felt weird in bed but that’s just because we fussy. Loved out stay and will recommend!

This lovely accommodation is the perfect base for exploring Lancaster - fantastic location in the centre of town next to the castle. Very short and easy walk to the station and shops / cafes / restaurants/ museum. It was quiet and had everything we needed. Highly recommended, thanks!
