Guests must check-in in person. 4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.

Located directly on the East Twin River & 3 blocks from Neshotah beach, Lake Michigan. Food, drinks & shopping walkable. The property is 90 minutes from Milwaukee, 25 miles from Whistling Straits, as well as the Oshkosh EAA & only 40 miles from the 2025 NFL Draft at Lambeau Field, Green Bay.

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Both shower and bathtub available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils provided. Multiple TVs throughout house with DVD players. Main TV and Main bedroom also have access to Roku device for use of Netflix. XBox 360 connected to main TV. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
