It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This is a great location in the center of it in folly. Really comfortable beach accommodations. Great for groups looking to enjoy folly.

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

I am from Charleston originally. Brought my daughter and a friend to stay on Folly. This house is on a fantastic portion of the island. Beach location is very beautiful. We loved every moment.

This house was great for our family. So close to the beach and downtown area. We loved the large kitchen and outdoor shower. Kevin was a very responsive host, we arrived in town early and he let us know the minute the house was clean to enter. Thanks for a great stay!

We recently spent a weekend at Folly Beach and are so very happy that we happened upon Nicole’s lovely property for our stay—it exceeded expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Nicole was such a genuine and thoughtful host—top notch communication from time of booking our stay, to bidding farewell to the beautiful property (but with many incredible “beachfront memories” we will cherish & be reminiscing on for a long time to come). We truly loved our time here. Nicole has created such a comfortable “home away from home” with this place—and being steps from the beach... it was a blessed place to be. The property was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Also, from Kitchen to the bathroom—all rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.. and more! Fully stocked, cozy and attended to with care. Location—unbeatable. With just a few short steps, we were hitting sand.. and most beautiful beachfront view one could ask for! Felt very safe enjoying each sunrise & sunset close by

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

This spot is excellent! The space is cute, cozy & just what you want for a beachy hangout. The complex is easy to navigate with LOTS of options - pools, games, walking spaces - and it's in a great walkable neighborhood to get to historic sites (go to Mitchelville park) & the beach. The Sound is a unique beach experience - take a walk to the shore at different times of day to see a totally changed beach. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and recharge, this is it!

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We loved staying at Bill and Kathy's! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I loved that the balcony looked out to the pool and ocean. My husband watched the sunrise drinking his coffee and I was able to relax in the evening listening to the band from the bar a few buildings away. It was quick and easy to walk to the plaza and to the park. The beach access was just down from the public access so it was less crowded and we spent almost every day at the beach or the pool. It was hard to leave to come back to Michigan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

My family loved the place, pool, and beach access. Lots to do in a short drive, or short walk. Lots of good eateries nearby. Loved the area, will come back!!

If you don’t want to fall into a deep sleep to the sound of ocean waves and a cool breeze, then waking to have coffee on the porch overlooking the beach, then I don’t recommend staying at Crissy’s cottage. Her cottage is perfection. The screened porch is comfy, the living room pretty and esthetic, and the bedrooms cozy and so comfortable. She is a very receptive hostess, she makes you feel right at home. If you can, pack fishing gear/tackle. Several of the locals loved sharing their tips and tricks with us.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Quiet area, private beach, house with all necessities The wrap around porch and big glass doors made for a very open and spacious feel. Sunrises from deck, bed or great room were beautiful,and listening to the waves very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our long weekend! Kenny made sure the stay was just what we wanted.
