The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Hayfield View studio flat is a first floor apartment with sweeping countryside views, stocked with all the amenities you could need for a successful self catering holiday. EV charger available. It has modern decor with a country feel and is a snug little getaway, ideal for country walks or cycling holidays yet also within easy reach of nearby attractions and amenities. The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. A folder in the cottage has a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
