This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive. Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

This sweet and cozy space is just minutes to Cape Split hiking trail and 15 minutes to Canning where you will find all amenities and a lovely local winery! This is a place to relax and create memories while watching the most breathtaking sunsets with the view of Cape Split.

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!
