Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez John et Ainslie. Le logement est bien placé dans une belle rue de Brooklyn à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro, cafés et bon restaurant (Camilo). La chambre était très agréable, paisible et avec beaucoup de charme. Le matelas de très bonne qualité. Nous remercions également John et Ainslie pour leurs conseils pour nos visites et les moments partagés lors de la diffusion des matchs de NBA.

A wonderful place to stay, the apartment is really well equipped with everything you could need. We had many a great night stay. It's in such a convenient location and there's a lot of nice local spots around to eat and drink. Martin gave us some great recommendations which we loved. Thanks again for such a warm welcoming place to call home in NYC!

The apartment is great. It's modern, clean and located in a nice neighborhood. Furthermore it's close by to shops, restaurants and a metro station ( 5 minute walk) . Communication with Nicoletta was easy and she was very helpful.

Very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood in Brooklyn. My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed & was modern and clean. There's even an extra beverage refrigerator if you need one. There are some extras that either the owner or previous guests have left such as syrup, PB, salt & pepper, vanilla and a few others that I can't recall. The bathrooms are all remodeled and lovely. Water pressure in one was great, one was not, even when the other one was not in use. Two of the beds were comfy, one was just ok. Linens were fine. If you need wash cloths, bring your own & if you like a towel for your hair, bring an extra. The downstairs is a bit cooler than upstairs so I'd recommend bringing slippers. They have throw blankets which were very nice to have. Nice TV & comfy couch. It rained most of our trip so we could not enjoy the patio. We drove so having a dedicated parking spot was clutch! Overall, I would recommend this rental

A beautiful, spacious apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Everything is very well maintained, there are beautiful pictures on the wall. Greene Avenue is not very busy, it is quiet at night. The subway station on Myrtle Avenue is about 10 minutes away, from there you can quickly reach Manhattan or Williamsburg.

Really enjoyed staying in Leecia's room on the first floor of her characteristic house in Brooklyn. Comfy bed, a well equipped kitchen, including fridge, a walk in shower, everything you need while on holiday. The area offers some great restaurants and coffee places. Two Citi Bike docking stations nearby as well for those who want to jump on a rental bike to explore the area. Thanks for your warm hospitality, Leecia!

We had a great time staying in Bed-Stuy in Elizabeth's brownstone. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, was easy to find street parking, and the interior was beautiful. Great coffee shop near by and walkable to many bars, stores, and transit. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had questions. The beds were very comfy too. Thanks for having us for the week!

We had a wonderful stay at Ting's apartment in New Jersey. It was very spacious, the neighborhood was great, good restaurants and cafes at walkable distance. Finding parking on the street took a bit time but we were always able to find something. The apt was very clean and well maintained. Ting was very responsive to all questions.

Our family of three (4yo) had a great time at this Bed-Stuy brownstone. It was convenient, spacious, and well stocked. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go easily and come home to a restful place. Bowen and Vanessa were friendly and communicative. They seem like they would be some really cool people to know IRL!

Great apartment in excellent condition. Christian was excellent in all aspects: communication, friendliness and helpfulness. It’s very near the subway and bus routes and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Isis and Kwambe were great hosts. Checkin was very easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location all within 15 minute walk of the subways in manhattan. I’d definitely visit again!!

Our first time staying in Bay Ridge and this was the ideal location. You can easily walk to whatever you need or hop on the subway. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean and the host was responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend.

Logement situé dans un quartier vraiment paisible et sécuritaire. Centre d’achat, commerces et petit resto à proximité. L’accès au transport pour New York et le New Jersey est aussi accessible à pied facilement.

Sean y Cliff fueron muy amables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Si te gusta un estilo antiguo, te va a encantar este lugar, Sean nos contó su historia familiar. La casa queda a 5 minutos del Path, por lo que te puedes mover fácilmente a NY city. Sean nos dio indicaciones claras para llegar, además nos indicó cómo ir al aeropuerto nuevamente. Había desayuno en las mañanas. Les agradecemos la hospitalidad ❤️

Leigh’s place was perfect for me and my daughter! We were here for three nights. It was a great location for visiting NYC. We had a parking spot in her driveway and simply walked a couple of blocks every day to The Path to get into the city. Always felt safe walking to and fro. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Perfect for regaining energy for another day in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this listing was its excellent location—just a short walk from the subway station. While it's a bit outside of Manhattan, having the subway so close made it very convenient to get around. Since it's along the C Train , access to JFK Airport and Penn Station was also easy. The building was beautifully decorated, and the room, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean and well-maintained. Bernadette was kind and communicative from the beginning, and we had no trouble during our stay thanks to her thoughtful messages. I’d definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit New York. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very cozy and quiet in a great spot. Alaric was extremely kind and welcoming and was very knowledgeable of the area. We only stayed overnight, but everything was perfect for what we needed.

The stay was very nice and host were very communicative. Besides the surroundings neighborhood that was somewhat noisy everything was great.

Taylor, Camillo, and Enzo are wonderful hosts! Hosts were always very responsive and easy to contact! The place we stayed was even more beautiful in person and if given the choice I would stay again. The value and accessibility to other parts of New York was great!

Was looking for a charming and peaceful stay and Silvio’s place was perfect! It’s right off the main Street so it’s super walkable and quaint, but also peaceful and there was no traffic or pedestrian noise. The place looked exactly like the pictured and it was very clean and had all the amenities. The back patio was so fun to hang out on and it was nice to have a full kitchen when we wanted to cook in. Silvio was super responsive and gave great recommendations! Would come stay here again if in Brooklyn!

This place was great. Location was awesome if you are commuting by train. Just a short 3-4 minute walk to the subway. The place was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. The bedding was inviting. No stains anywhere. There was even extra bedding there if we needed it. Which was a plus. Now I will say that it’s not decorated with fancy wall art or decor in general. Instead it is straight to the point. Every piece of furnishing there served a purpose, which is exactly what we were needing for our stay. Shana was very sweet. She allowed us to check in a little earlier and kept the lines of communication open. I will definitely choose Shana’s place again when I come back to NYC.

10/10 beautiful beautiful house. Would stay here 1,000 times again. Thanks for having us. Nicest NYC house i’ve been in.
