Bishy Barnabees is our 1 bedroom lodge, with 1 spacious Double bedroom and an additional Double sofa bed in the lounge. Our warm and cosy lodge is kitted out with mod cons, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are situated in the small hamlet of Drymere, amidst the beautiful Thetford Forest, in the heart of Breckland, ideal for country walks, birdwatching and cycling, and perfectly placed for exploring the wonders of Norfolk. (our local is just a 40 min amble through the woods).

Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Cabin is one of two rustic holiday cabins set within a wildlife garden - please see the photos.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. 56 Pentney Lakes is a bespoke log cabin situated directly on the lake of the popular Pentney Lakes site. This airy and modern cabin has four large bedrooms (2 en-suite) and will sleep 8-10 quests. The downstairs has a games room( Playstation 2 & 3, Wii and board games), entrance hall and large open plan living space containing a luxury kitchen, dining space and sofa area. The living space has two large bi-fold doors that open out onto the outside decking area with hot tub.

The Lodge is situated 10 minutes from the market town of Downham Market, twenty minutes from Kings Lynn and the beautiful town of Ely or an hour from the North Norfolk coast and Cambridge. This is an ideal spot from which to explore East Anglia or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet whilst relaxing in the hot tub.
