Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Our cosy & romantic beach house with uninterrupted ocean, sea & beach views across Whitsand Bay & Rame Head. A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

The Bay is located in a small complex of luxury properties right on the beach front of Cawsand. The maisonette is light and airy and is fitted with the latest fixtures and fittings. The modern kitchen flows into the dining and living area where a Juliet balcony allows the sea air to fill the room. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

Part of our seafront house, it is renovated to a very high standard and sits in the heart of the historical fishing village of Kingsand, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. The open plan boutique style holiday let sits in the beautiful Rame Peninsula which includes the breathtaking and panoramic Whitsand Bay. Restaurants, pubs, car parking, shops and the beach are all on the doorstep.

Romantic getaway! Stunning balconies overlooking the sea. Perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. A two-bedroom maisonette/duplex, located right next to a beach and in the village centre. It's comprised of the top two floors however the self contained apartment below 'Little Valletort' (4 person) can also be booked (lockable connecting door) perfect for inter-generational family stays. 5x pubs, a bakery and Spar all close by with a deli/coffee shop and ice-cream shop nearly next door!

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
