We are a young busy family with two small kids giving nights away in our boutique studio guest house located in a quiet oasis of Weymouth which is surrounded by beautiful beaches of Manukau harbour, parks and playgrounds, biking trails, rugby club, football valleys and boat ramps. Our beloved granny flat is built according to all the building standards with an insulation, ventilation and PVC double glazing doors/windows. There is a secured off street parking. You’ll get an automatic gate remote

Loft @ Nine

Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

Kayak, paddleboard, fish, or lie in the sun and re-charge your soul. Clarks Beach is a coastal tiny village, yet we have all the essentials here; grab fish and chips, play a round of golf, or eat at the local restaurants (Thai or Chinwags / bistro).
