3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night.
