'The Salmon Bothy' Studio Close to Shegra Beach

Just an 8 minute walk from Shegra Beach, this remote and peaceful studio will help you to slow down and unwind. A few miles from the village of Kinlochbervie (and the local services) and a great base for exploring the west coast and the NC500. ❗️PLEASE BE AWARE, due to our remote location our wifi is not superfast. Weather/multiple devices will slow it down significantly. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to improve it at this time. Pretend its the 90's and disconnect for a day or 2!❗️

Charming Beach Cottage is located 'at the end of the road' in the tiny hamlet of Polin, outside the fishing village of Kinlochbervie. It sits above the beautiful sands and clear blue-green waters of Polin beach, just a five minute walk from the cottage. Other beaches nearby include Oldshoremore and the legendary Sandwood Bay. Hill walkers can enjoy nearby Ben Stack, Quinag, Suilven, Arkle and many more. Fishing permits are available locally. If lucky you will see golden eagles and sea eagles!

Lovely lochside cottage at Rhiconich on the NC500

Inchard Cottage nestles in stunning scenery near to Cape Wrath on the NC500. It's a cosy place with amazing views right next to a sea loch. You can explore the nearby mountains lochs and beaches, go kayaking or fishing, or have a game of golf, but if you prefer some quiet unwinding you can simply relax and watch the wildlife in the bay outside your French windows. Although the scenery is wild and dramatic and feels remote it's also easy to find food stores, restaurants and filling stations.

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. The house is set in 100 acres of land including shoreline. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. Charming cottage in stunning landscape

Enjoy the splendid isolation in this UNESCO world heritage site where the Flow country meets the unique Machair landscape, this charming cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. The cottage sleeps 8 (1 master en-suite double, 2x bunk beds, 1 double). Double glazed throughout, recently installed heaters with a wood burning stove in the living room. The Scottish Government short term let licence number: HI-00221-F Saturday is a non-check in day - unless by prior arrangement.

Annie's annex

We have a flat joined onto our home a working croft overlooking Polin beach. Inside is a large bedroom wth ensuite bathroom, then a large open plan kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a large TV with free view. Wifi is available but is slow. Outside has a private parking space with a table and bench for sitting at. No pets. We are three miles from kinlochbervie village but a five minute walk to Polin beach.

A luxuriously appointed property situated on the NC500 overlooking some of the most iconic mountains and sea lochs of Assynt. The property features a luxurious spa bathroom, including steam room and inspirational open plan living space, designer kitchen and garden.

We are a working Croft in the heart of the highlands overlooking Loch Shin, with views of Ben More Assynt. Where a warm welcome awaits you. Come and explore what Sutherland has to offer from walking, canoeing and cycling to fishing and a good game of golf all within easy drive. Spend the night in either Whisky or Skipper. One of our pods named after our dogs. Take a seat on the deck with a cuppa or a glass and watch the world go by.
