Lots of space for entertaining, with a BBQ grill and indoor/outdoor seating.

Experience tranquility at this conveniently situated and charming residence. This snug home is fully renovated, providing a welcoming retreat that feels like a home away from home. Discover a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a guest full bathroom. The house features a well-equipped office with high-speed wifi, a generous living room with a flat-screen smart TV, a delightful dining room, and a complete kitchen with an attached laundry room.

Turquoise Hideaway Guest House

This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Updated cabin in the heart of Farmington. Near Brookside park, water park, downtown, Civic Center, San Juan College, Hospital, Piñon Biking trails and much more. Cabin Features large shade trees covering entire property,nice front porch, back porch with fire pit. Inside, step into history with adobe walls, antique doors, original wood floors in a spacious floor plan. Kitchen is fully equipped, cozy living room and 42” tv with Roku stick. Everything you need is here!

Home in Farmington

This little home is an older, comfy, and clean duplex located on the west side of Farmington. Fairly close to downtown and plenty of restaurants as well as the riverwalk and San Juan Regional. Farmington is a great central location to Chaco Canyon, the Aztec Ruins, Bisti Badlands, Durango Colorado, and many more! There is plenty of backyard space but there is *CURRENTLY NO ENCLOSED FENCING*. For those traveling with pets we do have a nicely sized secure dog run!

Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).
