“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. Our updated cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, LA on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft area with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle below. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with WIFI, smart TVs , basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, etc. We have trails to explore and a floating dock in the bayou!

Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house on Caney Lake.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.
