This unit was perfect for a 12-day stay while we had house renos. It has everything you’d need for general housekeeping, and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood connected to trails and you can head out the door and walk to downtown Kitchener in about 10 minutes. Our host Michael was attentive and provided excellent communication throughout. A 5-star experience.

We stayed at this cute guest house for a month and everything was as described. Nicole was very responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is a short drive (3-10 minutes) to everything you’d need.

great place. if you like the feeling of an old home with all the feelings and things that come with it, you'll love nigel's place. very cosy, gas fireplace was really nice. one of the best places i ever stayed.

Heinrich’s place was perfect for our stay in Guelph. We weren’t there for much of the time but it was quiet, tastefully decorated and quite charming. We decided to add another day onto our stay and luckily he was able to accommodate us. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility.

Het is een mooi appartement in een huis, langs een redelijk drukke weg maar daar hebben wij weinig last van gehad. Een complete keuken, goede zit en eethoek. Erg jammer dat er geen tv zenders zijn, alleen gebruik van apps en streaming diensten met eigen wachtwoord. Buitenkant van het huisje verdient wat aandacht. Veel onkruid naast de voordeur.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing and accurately represented by the photos. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the host was efficient. we were in town early and they let us park in the driveway in the morning before our early checkin. Overall, it was a positive experience that met our expectations perfectly. We would recommend this rental.

Kim’s place was perfect for our group while attending a wedding in Guelph. The house is beautiful, clean and well setup for everything that was needed. Kim was friendly and responsive and we were perfectly pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

We chose Cullan’s property as it was close to a wedding venue nearby. We stayed 2 nights to be able to relax and enjoy the property amenities before the event. We did just that. While it was late in the season, (October) we were lucky to enjoy very temperate weather. It’s located out in the countryside, pastoral and lovely to walk the country roads. The host family was very friendly and accommodating.

Wendy’s suite was beautifully appointed and had everything I needed. The suite was very clean and the building was lovely. Wendy’s instructions were clear and helpful. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Waterloo.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The place is incredibly spacious, and it felt like living in a movie with its vintage and rustic charm. It’s truly a piece of art! We were two families, and the kids had an absolute blast in the pool, roasting marshmallows at night, and enjoying BBQs. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon lemonade , so peaceful and scenic. This house is a dream for anyone who loves a rustic, artistic style. We made beautiful memories here and had so much fun. Highly recommend this place – we loved it!

My family and I had a great stay at Betsy's. There was lots of space for everyone to sleep, play and hang out. The pool and backyard was fantastic for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for dishes, pots, pans, knives etc. The location was great. A nice park across the street and we were able to walk downtown. We would definitely stay at Betsy's place again.

Haiou was a great hostess and as a person you couldn't have a better person to have for a great accommodation. we will be back and love her cozy and affordable location.

Laura was an absolutely beautiful and awesome person. The property was pristine. Ferris, the dog, who's bark was not indicative her loving personality was a pleasure to meet. This property is worth making vacations around. Btw, make sure to see Lion Safari.

The unit is 5 min drive to RIM Park which is perfect for attending the OVA tournament. Hosts are friendly and responsive. The unit is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Erin and Colin's home is beautiful!! Exactly as described, and then some. Loved the welcome gift and Christmas decorations. Erin responded almost immediately to any questions we had, and even proactively contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable which is very important, and not always the case at an Airbnb rental. It had everything we needed, and more. We will be renting again, the next time we visit family in Kitchener. Well done, Erin!! And thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

This studio apartment was exactly what we needed for our 6 night stay. It had everything we needed, was very clean and was within walking distance for us to the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University where we had meetings. It was wonderful to be able to make some meals and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We appreciated being able to watch the NHL playoffs on the TV and having a private back yard. Next time we return to visit in Waterloo we will definitely want to book Poppy's Place again.

When you pull in you will be more than impressed. This is an absolutely beautiful home. The first thing I noticed was that it was spotlessly clean. From the oversized island, high ceilings and massive living space, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Do not let the fact that the hosts are onsite deter you. There is a separate driveway and entrance. They put extra effort into my stay as they even ensured my vehicle was clean of snow. The kitchen has more cook wear than you can imagine, they have thought of everything. The location of this property is ideal. While you can enjoy country living, you are literally minutes from all the major stores (grocery, Pharmacy) too many restaurants to mention. I was lucky enough to have a lengthy stay and couldn’t be more grateful. I would absolutely recommend this property without question. You will not be disappointed.

Private basement unit with own backyard was perfect for me and my two animals. Kitchenette was more for heating meals and simple cooking w microwave and hot place, but there were restaurants across the street and 2 busses <200m away. Very convenient location, clean and tidy space, functional laundry machines and bathroom, and kind and responsive hosts. I would recommend staying here

Rastin’s place was amazing! The photos make it look brand new and that’s exactly how it was when we arrived. Super clean and we loved Pac-Man! The beds were very comfortable and Rastin checked in with us after we arrived to be sure the temperature of the unit was comfortable which we appreciated ! The coffee was great and all the appliances were clean new and worked like charms. We would definitely stay again when in the area :)

We had a lovely time with Johanna and Luke! The room was small, but with enough space for my pup and I. The property is beautiful and spacious, and I loved having so much private space to spend time outdoors with my dog! The room was clean and well put together. Definitely putting on my list of favorites for the area!
