The Groundskeeper's Cabin

The Groundskeeper's Cabin is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin located in the heart of Gasquet, CA, conveniently situated off the 199 highway. Gasquet is 20 miles from the ocean, 10 miles from the Redwood National Forest, and sits directly on the Smith River. Come for the many adventures that the tallest trees, cleanest river, and secluded beaches have to offer, but stay for a sense of pure serenity. This cabin is in its final stages of the remodel and will be ready to rent in August 2024

Small Cozy studio is connected to the owner’s home but is private with your own entrance. The studio retreat is less than 3 miles to scenic Crescent Beach, Battery Point Lighthouse. Located only 4 miles to downtown Crescent City and harbor where you will find shopping, restaurants, and Ocean World.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This unique house comes with all you and your party need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. Please note: there is construction going on in the neighborhood Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. Ping Pong table and bikes available upon request.

Not far from 101 but yet secluded. Through the seasons you may see ospreys, bald eagles, quail, bear, possibly a mountain lion, maybe a skunk, or other wildlife. Also, know winters and sometimes spring and fall can bring high winds, floods and power outages.

Conveniently located near the Redwoods, Smith River, and all Crescent City has to offer. Outside, the sand, tide pools, and beach access stairs are just steps away.

Comfortable and cozy Farmhouse surrounded by nature and adjacent to the trails of Redwood National Park. Perfect location for exploring the Redwood Coast. Rental has a great room, full kitchen, Queen bedroom, bath, balcony and two sleeping lofts, which are accessed by ships ladders. Lofts recommended for children age 6 and older. There is a second vacation rental on the first floor reserved by one or two persons.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
