Amazing place to stay, not too close but also not too far from the main city area. Can see the twin towers from the building. Obviously the theme of the room is white so there are some stains from usage that cannot be removed, it didn’t bother me though. The rooms are super sound proof, cannot even hear the TV outside when all doors are closed. Came with water purifier which also boils the water. Saved us lots of hassles not needing to buy water. Only down side is that there wasn’t enough bowls to use for 4 people, not enough chairs if we’re to sit at the island but who is here to cook a meal anyway. The bathroom does get a bit wet if not mopped after each use because there was no separation to block off the water from the shower. Also no ventilation fans in it so taking a longer time on the toilet gets a bit hot. One thing to mention is that watching from the window or balcony, you can see a grave yard in the distance if that bothers anyone. Can see fireworks during CYN!

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s quiet, the park view is lovely, and the location is super convenient with two malls, plus MRT and LRT nearby.

We had a pleasant stay in this unit. The unit is well-decorated, clean, and offers a great city view from the balconies. However, being next to the NKVE highway, the noise level is quite high, especially on the 11th floor. A few things could be improved: the shower heads need cleaning to prevent water from spraying in different directions. Additionally, the RFID for car entrance did not work, and we had to rely on the security guard to manually scan it up close. Overall, it's a comfortable stay. If noise isn't a concern, it's a nice place to stay with a great view!

We all really enjoyed our stay! It was really fun to play dress up and take pictures. The location is great, It’s a shopping heaven! The host is friendly and responsive. They also contacted us for an early check in when the apt is ready. Overall, it’s a great place!

This unit is very spacious. On the first we had water supply issue then they fix for us immediately. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were very clear. The owner was quick to respond, easy to reach, and very polite throughout our stay. The home was clean, well-kept, and made for a really comfortable experience. We truly enjoyed our time here

Semua yang diberitahu tu ada. - ada mesin basuh, memudahkan kami yang stay lama. - Netflix ada, internet pun laju - nak daftar keluar dan daftar masuk senang. - kemudahan asas lengkap - boleh masak yang ringkas - Bawah ada mall, kedai2 makan area berdekatan pun banyak. - Level 32, luas pemandangan =) -sabun mandi pun tuan rumah sediakan yang elok sangat.Terbaik! Kadang-kadang ada owner homestay/airbnb suka bagi sabun mandi yang licin susah bilas. -rumah ni keyless. Mangga luar pun tiada. Jangan terlupa passcode je ;) ;) hehe Cdgn utk tambah baik: 1. Lampu di tempat tidur dan tandas ada short circuit. -bila nak on lampu, kena on dulu suis heater baru lampu menyala. Lampu bilik air pun sama. -kalau kita off suis heater dua2 lampu pun akan tertutup. -kalau orang tengah mandi dan guna heater, lampu di area tidur tu akan sentiasa berkelip-kelip. Terima kasih bagi kami stay rumah tuan &puan. =)

Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

I love this place so much, feel chill and relax during staying at here. And the place is so picturesque every spot is a good photo spot. Especially the workspace on the top, which is very niceeee. I used to climb up there and staring the city view at night with some music playing along. Overall, this is a very good experience for me to stay here!
