House with pool

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Ova prostrana kuća za odmor nudi udoban smještaj za 12 osoba i nalazi se na mirnom mjestu udaljenom 900 m od centra grada i mora. S pogledom na prirodu s jedne strane i predivnim pogledom na more s druge strane, gosti će uživati u spektakularnom krajoliku tijekom boravka. Kuća je dizajnirana s naglaskom na udobnost i opuštanje, a unutrašnjost je prostrana i moderno uređena. Veliki prozori omogućuju obilje prirodnog svjetla te pružaju spektakularne poglede na okolicu.

Holiday house Marea

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Apartman Maria

Novo opremljen i udoban apartman smješten pored grada Senja gdje vlasnici ne žive. Nalazi se 100 metara od plaže i 2,5 kilometra od centra grada Senja. Apartman ima svoj privatni ulaz, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. U sadržaju apartmana nudimo klima uređaj, kuhinju, WiFi Internet i tv ravnog ekrana. Posebni dio čini velika terasa na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i kameni roštilj koji svi gosti mogu koristiti. S balkona se vidi plaža i more.

Entfernung zum Meer: 400 m Entfernung zum Strand: 600 m Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen Sportplatz mit einem Tennis-, Basketball- und einen Fussballplatz. Unter dem Haupthaus ist das Familienrestaurant Filipo. Auf dem Weg zum Strand hat es eine Post, Mini Market, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Kaffeebars und Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.
