Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our apartment is located between city of Solin and Klis. It is peacefull suburban area. Solin is ideal as a start point form where you can visit whole Dalmatia. The best is to use Uber, taxi, bus, rent a car or your own car. The apartment is clean and renovated. Nearby there is supermarket. Bigger shops and mall is 10min drive away. The closest beach (Žnjan) is 15min car drive away! We offer you to try our organic fruit and vegetable. After that visit urban Split which is 15min away using car!

The house is spacious and allows privacy for individuals but also many areas to relax together inside or outside.
