This classic Alaskan Rental is nestled in a residential neighborhood in Midtown U-MED, within walking distance of attractions such as the Botanical Garden, Campbell Creek Trials, and Cheney Lake. Additionally, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Costco can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Downtown Anchorage is only a 15-minute ride away. Note: smoke-free, pet-free, max. of 4 people (additional charges apply).

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, small kitchenette with sink, smaller fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

The apartment features a beautiful, elongated deck with a cozy firepit, access to a large yard, and a grill for barbequing. Our location is unbeatable- with easy access to the North and South highway to explore all Alaska offers! Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses. A short 10-minute drive to Downtown Anchorage,8 miles to Ted Stevens Airport, and 15 miles to JBER.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. 15 miles north of Anchorage our property is 4 acres of woodlands with a view of the mountains and frequent visits from Alaska wildlife. We live within 5 miles of 7 different public access lakes & are between Anchorage & the Matanuska Susitna Valley. There is additional off street parking for a boat and/or RV. We also have several canoe's available for our guests use.
