An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Full use of large front and back lawn. A mile from Hacketstown which has supermarket, chemist, pubs, a cafe and petrol station. Very family friendly.
