My first stay on Airbnb n I was fortunate. Visited many homestays over the years and am certain I can't find a better place. Thoughtfully done all-in-one property - A century-old (or young) bunglow with ~Indian/Portuguese/ British furniture and artefacts ~Modern, functioning fittings and amenities ~Amazing library ~Multi-purpose hall with Denon/ Polk AV system, pantry, washroom that can be utilised for formal/ informal gatherings or to play TT, indoor games ~A full-fledged gym - most useful on long stays. ~Quiet bedroom with plush bedding. Sleep quality was good - Important to have my head clear. ~Popular destinations - Fort Kochi, Bolgatty, Cherai within 15 - 40 minutes drive I convey my sincere gratitude, regards and appreciation to Mony Aunty, her staff who took care of me very well, Mr Titi, her son & cohost who was available during my stay. I couldn’t find any glitches that required attention. The only regret was that I stayed just one night, buy I'll return for more. Cheers.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Kan's Home last night. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cozy atmosphere of the place instantly made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, providing me with a peaceful night's sleep. Mr.Sanil and Jibs attention to detail truly shines through, from the beautifully decorated interiors to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. I particularly enjoyed. Overall, my stay at Kan's Home exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Kodungallur.

Clean and nice place well kept with all amenities. Kochi airport is not too far. Very good facility. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host was always at hand and willing.

Had a pleasant stay with my family here. It felt right at home .We didn’t face any issues . The location is very good , right in the city , but at the same time inside so that it’s peaceful and quiet .. if you have your own car , then this place will be a good location.

Beyond question, Benny's place was one of the finest and most rewarding of my well-over-one-hundred Airbnb experiences in different countries. Everything was as advertised in the listing and Benny was wonderfully communicative, even though we never had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Babu, the on sight caretaker, was exceptionally gracious and kind in being sure that my needs and interests were met. He was absolutely available and attentive to my needs and interests. I loved the yard! Sitting there daily was one of the greatest pleasures during my six-day sojourn. It was a delightful and memorable experience. Without hesitation I offer Benny's place my highest recommendation. I certainly feel that I got what I paid for. I would be pleased to book another stay there sometime down the road.

had a wonderful time at 36 palms - truly the highlight of our india trip. beautiful location right on the water, clean rooms and the most excellent service!
