It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Kick back and relax in this casual, calm mountainside retreat. The Back Room is just that, an oversized, private studio unit with entrance around the back of the house. You'll be welcomed by a large, covered deck with forest/mountain views. Glass French doors open to vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, work desk, a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa with an electric fireplace. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.

This small 2-bedroom home has 3 luxury beds (1 Queen & 2 Twins) a full kitchen, bathroom, w/d, entryway, a chest freezer for extra fish & game, and a big back yard. A small family or 3-4 people are comfortable here. ‘Foggy Island’, named for the beautiful fog that drifts in & out, sheltering us. Blissful mist ... a peaceful haven ... this is island life.
