This cozy getaway is a short walk from downtown & the waterfront, making it easy to plan your visit and not have to rely on a vehicle the whole trip. It is centrally located at the heart of Kodiak near the float plane basin & harbor and has hiking trails & night life near by. Guests can enjoy water/mountain views from the property and take a quick walk just down the road to eat at our local restaurants & bars. Hello! We are excited to offer our place to you on this amazing island! You will have a private entrance with an electronic key code that leads you into a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a harbor view large balcony. Walk downtown within 8 minutes to enjoy sights of the harbor, board your charter boat, stock up on fishing supplies or just stroll the town to get a bite to eat. The brewery and cider house are located even closer if you wish to enjoy a cold beer after exploring the island.

Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available.
