This is not my first time staying here. If you love swimming and gym then this is the place for you. Sun, the host has always been nothing but the best. If there is anything I needed that he can accommodate, he made it happen. He once had to move my suitcase to another room because I wasn’t there. Thanks Sun. For being an amazing host.

Hosts were responsive and met my requests in a kind and flexible manner. Great location & the rooftop swimming pool is a plus. Good washing machine and clothes dry quickly on the balcony. Kitchen has the minimum in terms of cooking utensils but I was able to improvise so OK. The Yogurt App on the TV is decent and you can watch live Premier league football as well as watch live International News. The best nearby supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away and is called Lucky Supermarket. Using the local SIM that the hosts leave for you, you can become a member of the supermarket by downloading the Lucky Reward App. You don't only get bonus points which are redeemable but you also can benefit from huge discounts. Some wines were at 50% discount. I will definitely be returning later this year. I found the Cambodian people to be charming and super chilled.

If you want to be close to everything in Phnom Penh, this is a great place. Just a heads-up: sidewalks are often nonexistent, so tuk tuks are the way to go. We never had to wait more than a minute for one -- they're everywhere, and they make getting around easy. Plus, the area is packed with great spas and eateries. Now for the hotel: The suites are huge and fully equipped with everything you need. They're also soundproof, so you won’t hear the city noise. The AC held up perfectly, even in 42°C heat. And the bathroom? The deep soaking tub overlooking the Interior Ministry is incredible. The gym is excellent, whether you're a casual mover or more serious about training. It has solid cardio machines, Life Fitness equipment and a Smith machine. Great views too -- but the rooftop pool steals the show. Special shoutout to the staff: super friendly, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even arranging drivers for out-of-town trips and answering a million questions.

L'appartement est très bien placé, de sorte qu'on peut se rendre à pied au Palais royal et au Central market. De nombreux restaurants et bars sont à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le toit : quelle vue magnifique ! Le personnel à la réception est très réactif : nous avons signalé un problème de climatisation dans la petite chambre : quelqu'un est monté tout de suite pour résoudre le problème. C'est le 2e appartement que je loue avec Soben home et aucune déception. Je les ai déjà recommandé auprès d'un ami.

The place was conveniently located, and the hosts were easy to coordinate with. Clean, no-frills place, and definitely a place I would stay in again next time.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of central Phnom Penh walkable to the riverside (boats and ferries), old market and Wat Phnom, Royal Palace and vibrant night life, scores of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Also a handy supermarket opposite. Netflix on TV and good wifi and aircon.

D SUITES was my best experience in Cambodia, leaving to their place was just a same feeling as me traveling within China, host is a very young couple and warm hearted people I really appreciated the way they received me in their place I can really and fully recommend this place to anyone who is or planning to come in Cambodia. 大家可以去试试这个地方真的非常不错 价格也很不错😋

As we had hoped, this was the perfect place to stay for the start of our Cambodia trip. Frances and Soeun are so welcoming and helpful - we felt totally reassured while we got over jet lag and explored Phenom Penh. The flat is lovely (and cool!), with great attention to detail - so fresh drinking water (to refill bottles), beautiful coffee in pots in the freezer, a fruit platter and fresh bread delivered for breakfast. It really feels like home. It isn't very central - but only a 10 minute ($2) tuk tuk ride from the palace and riverfront areas so really easy - plus the area around the flat (BKK) is lovely, with nice restaurants nearby. They also have a great market at the end of the street and the flat has a kitchen so you could also cook there and I imagine this would be a brilliant place if you were staying longer in the city (we only stayed 2 nights). Anyway - we totally recommend staying here. Really lovely.

This apartment was lovely, exactly as pictured with a good location and facilities. Staff at the building were very welcoming and friendly. Hosts were top notch too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people. Thanks for having us!

This is a wonderful housing location with super clean fully supplies. The water pressure is weak for shower. I wish there are aluminum foil and lastic wrapping supply that 8 apcan utilize the full sett kitchen More. Great oven, dish washer, Microwave, Laundry machine. There is a few bird pet noise I don't like from the neighbor next door day and night time everyday. I will come back next month again.

Vibol’s apartment was of exceptional quality. The kitchen appliances were first rate; ceramic hob and excellent cooking facilities including microwave. There is a fridge with freezer compartment and a table to accommodate a family of four. In this regard the apartment is ideal for a family who choose to prepare their own meals. Super bathroom with excellent and reliable shower. But for me, the best feature was the location. The apartment overlooks the grounds of the Royal Palace grounds and is also only a one minute walk from the National Museum and a few minutes walk from the Riverside promenade. I do not hesitate in recommending this apartment and awarding it five stars.

Great location! Units are well kept and easy to access. Emma was very helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We will definitely stay again when we return to Phnom Penh.

Me and my friend had fun staying in Katan’s place. The view is nice and the rooms are clean. Karan is also very responsive and accommodates request. Will deffineately come back soon.

Great deal for what you get. Modern and clean 2 bed apartment with the best amenities. Large indoor swimming pool, rooftop infinity pool with jacuzzis and a great gym. The apartment itself is furnished well albeit on the smaller side. Host was great with communication considering it was the New Year. It is located about 5km from the city centre but it is only a 20 minute car journey, so if you don’t mind this, it is worthy of a stay.

The room was very modern and accurate. It was initially hard to find in the evening but the staff there helped us check in. Upstairs bathroom could use a bit more privacy. Overall, worth the price and it's close to Capitol bus station
