The stay was pleasant and calm. it felts like we were at home. The location is very nice and near to Mahalaxmi Temple. Host Amruta madam was really helpful and proactive to guide us for the spots and restaurant. The caretaker Suraj was also available always on the call and helping us as and when required. Amazing option to stay in kolhapur.. ample of space,air. We just amazed to see this kind of property in kolhapur for reasonable price. Flat is equipped by all amenity like hot water,ac,iron,kitchen set,wifi,tv, parking space everything. No need to go out for anything. Soc has childerns play area.. property manger is so polit n helpfull. Flat is so specious to stay 6 adult. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed for a day. Very clean and worth the cost !!

Great Duplex Apartment with beautiful lakefront views

Uttam’s apartment is beautiful, new and clean. Uttam is the perfect host. He was very kind and found for us a very expert taxi driver to visit some important temples near Kolhapur. Uttam is a cultured and gentle man: it was a pleasure to meet and talk with him.

Stay was excellent.. host was very nice and helpful . Good stay liked overall only the problem is with few locals as people here we felt is rude but the stay and the area was too good . Peaceful should stay with family . Thank you
