Located in a cultural heritage building in the very center of Unesco town Kutna Hora, you can experience how it is to stay in area where local people live, work and hang out. Smrkovka je větší ségra Ondřejky, a proto se u ní můžete těšit na komfortních 20m2. Má rozdělenou ložničku s obývacím prostorem a koupelnou. Pro chladné dny jsou k dispozici minimalistická kamínka na dřevo, která zaručeně stačí. Nemusíte se bát, že Vám bude zima. Součástí Smrkovky je i terasa se zahradním nábytkem, ze které si můžete vychutnat nádherný výhled do okolí. A to vše jak za slunečného, tak i nepříznivého počasí zachumlaní pod dekou.
