The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

The property itself is spacious and well-maintained, offering incredible value for money. After thoroughly checking nearby areas, I can confidently say you won’t find such a spacious place at this price point in Kharghar or its surroundings. Arun, the host, is incredibly warm, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the stay. The apartment has everything you need— a refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, an induction stove, and a lovely balcony to relax. The check-in and check-out process is super smooth with the lockbox system, making everything hassle-free. A special mention to the caretaker, who does an exceptional job keeping the place spotless and well-maintained. We’ve loved both our stays here and would definitely return again. We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. The place is away from Hustle Bustle of a town. The location of the property is the key differentiator. It is one of the few places where you are placed on a cliff overlooking the sea and picturesque view with no obstruction. Host was quite proactive and always available to help.
