We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

This is the best Airbnb my friends and I have ever visited. The host is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is really comfortable and very very clean. I am very lucky that I have booked this place. All the guests are very happy during the stay. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lynn's place. Everything we needed was there and she even accommodated one of our requests. The breakfast supplied was amazing! The inside space was very cozy and the outside space was peaceful. She was very quick in answering any questions we threw her way. All in all an amazing stay ☺️

Anne Marie's place is a true gem, the very best we have visited. The location is private and yet within walking distance to restaurants and wineries. Amenities in the fridge were an extra plus, the accommodations and decor are amazing. Will definitely rebook when we are in Hunters Valley.

A very relaxing and quiet stay in a beautiful old country homestead with sensational views of sunsets, rain storms, early morning hot air balloons and the local wildlife, especially from the back verandah. Very convenient to all the main attractions in the Hunter Valley, especially Lovedale. Melissa is a terrific host and the house and location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcus’s place in Cessnock! It’s a cosy, comfortable home — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the local facilities, wineries, and everything else the Hunter Valley has to offer. A really nice touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, which made us feel very welcome. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Thanks again, Marcus — we would definitely love to stay again!

Brian was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group stay. So many extras included. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. Thanks Brian we loved our stay and definitely would come back

Sue and Brian are really good hosts! They have a beautiful well-equipped and comfortable studio. The space was spotless and there were extremely helpful instructions everywhere. I enjoyed my stay at their studio. Also, I liked the location - close to the local beach and to the town center. Sue was very responsive and her check-in instructions were super clear and helpful. Her local recommendations were also very handy and useful. I loved her place and highly recommend it to others!

I don’t even know where to begin, but the atomic hideaway has been the best place I have ever stayed! The host was amazing, super thoughtful and excellent communication. This is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy your time in the Hunter Valley. It was max 20 mins away from all vineyards and attractions. Peaceful area and very clean accommodation. It has everything you would need and more to enjoy your holiday. The pets were a wonderful bonus.

Our stay at Brooklyn in this beautiful apartment was all that we wished. I was amazed at how incredibly quiet it was despite being only a few minutes to the busy railway. So close to the Riverboat Postman (the reason for our stay whilst route to somewhere else), the Anglers Rest Hotel where we had dinner and the Brooklyn Corner for great coffee and hot chocolate. It was well appointed, with an oh so comfy bed ( esp good with my broken ribs), and all that we needed. Thankyou for a fantastic stay

We had a great stay at Sean and Karen‘s Air b & b. As hosts, they communicated clearly, in every way possible. The place was as said it was. It was very private very quiet and peaceful, with a tranquil outlook. The place was impeccably clean and comfortable, and had every possible convenience at our fingertips. Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

What a stay! What a stunning place to be! I felt so at home straight away, the room and bathroom are so superbly decorated and everything you could need was there, baked goodies, fresh fruit, milk, juice and so much more. Staying at the Tumbi Tiny was an absolute delight! Nestled in the serene forests surrounding Newcastle, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The cabin itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while embracing the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of leaves felt truly magical, and the outdoor seating area provided stunning views of the forest. Fiona and Dean were incredibly welcoming, offering detailed recommendations for nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Our children had an amazing time Fiona even let them collect eggs from the chicken coop and provided plenty of games to keep them entertained. We had initially planned to visit the beaches, but staying at the Tumbi Tiny was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go anywhere else!
