Stock (kein Lift) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Vorraum, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett (160 cmx200cm), sowie einem neu renoviertem Mini-Badezimmer mit Dusche.
