We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Die Wohnung hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, der Mix aus altem Holzhaus mit moderner Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Sauna, die Hängematten, der Sandstrand - einfach traumhaft für ein paar ruhige erholsame Tage :) Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft und die Infos zu allem, Harald!

Traumhafte Lage in der Natur und wunderschönes Haus!! Perfekte Kombination aus dem ursprünglichen, phänomenal erhaltenem Bauernhaus und modernem Luxus (Pool, Sauna, Heizung). Wer es rustikal mag ist hier genau richtig! Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Besitzer sind super nett!:-) Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit großem Garten und allem was man braucht. Zusätzlich noch ein Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Wallberg zur perfekten Entspannung.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Fantastisch huis, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Hebben met hele familie geweldige week gehad. Heel fijn dat elke kamer eigen badkamer en toilet had. Hadden ongelukje met toiletbril, werd heel soepel mee omgegaan. Erg sympatiek allemaal!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein perfektes Wochenende in Christofs Wellnesshäusl. Christof ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend, die Begrüßung und Einweisung war total nett und er hat uns sogar noch am Wochenende extra ein HDMI-Kabel besorgt!!! Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien: Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Pool, Sauna, HotPot und ein toller Außenbereich: Was will man mehr? Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für Alles, Christof!!!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Der Parkplatz war direkt vorm Haus, was klasse war. Die Berge waren gefühlt zum greifen nahe und sogar beim Frühstückstisch zum bestaunen gewesen. Wir waren einfach sofort im Urlaubsfeeling angekommen. Wir hatten uns auch mit unseren Fragen gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Trotz nicht ganz einfacher Gäste aus Asien war die Gastgeberin äußerst hilfsbereit und geduldig. Das Has ist für größere Gruppen absolut zu empfehlen, da jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt.

Hat alles super geklappt. Wunderschönes Häuschen. Etwas außerhalb von maurach. Aber alles war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Restaurants, Seilbahn, skipiste, Busanbindung..). Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden. Gemütliche Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Gastgeber und besonders erwähnen möchten wir, dass die Heizungen bereits bei unserer Anreise aufgedreht waren und wir in ein warmes Haus angekommen sind, das war sehr angenehm! Mit unseren Hunden konnten wir auch entspannt sein, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren schon öfter in dieser Unterkunft von Anneliese, wie immer alles bestens! Besonders gut gefällt uns, dass es mehrere an die Schlafzimmer angeschlossene Badezimmer gibt, was bei größeren Gruppen sehr hilfreich ist.

Fabulous, well equipped, comfortable house just 3 km out of Tutzing. Brilliant for cyclists and folk who want to self cater a bit. Judith & Ludwig are excellent, kind hosts

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir waren mit drei Generationen 22 Personen plus Hund in dem Bauernhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder konnten super auf der großen Wiese unter dem Haus bei den Hirschen spielen, während wir Erwachsenen von der Terrasse bei Kaffee alles im Blick hatten. Das Haus war österlich und liebevoll von Isabell dekoriert. Es war sehr sauber und jede/r von uns hat seinen/ ihren Platz gefunden. Bei uns gab es kleine Koch-Teams, für die die Küche groß genug war. Stauraum für alle Lebensmittel boten zwei große Kühlschränke plus Eisfächer sowie die Regale im Flur. Für die Kinder bot das Bettenlager eine enorme Gaudi. Bei der Badnutzung haben wir Gruppen gebildet, sodass hier auch keine größeren Staus gebildet wurden. Isabell haben wir am Anreisetag gleich persönlich kennengelernt und sie hat uns mit vielen Freizeit-Tips versorgt und war darüber hinaus auch jederzeit ansprechbar für uns. Für uns war es perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hoffen, bald wieder kommen zu können.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Wir waren zu sechst und haben 5 Nächste verbracht. Christiana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat uns wärmstens empfangen. Auch der restliche Aufenthalt war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch ungewöhnliche Nachfragen (wir hatten unseren Pokerkoffer vergessen) hat sie schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Danke für das Pokerset 😉. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.
