Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Stuga 127 kvm med gammaldags charm men modern utrustning. Öppen spis, modernt kök all tänkbar utrustning, ett badrum wc dusch, bastu och tvättmaskin, ett badrum med wc och dusch. Tre dubbelrum. Lakan och handdukar medtages eller tillhandahålls 130 kr eller 13 euro/set. Boka före ankomst och betalas kontant. Städning är INTE inräknad. Önskas städning av oss boka i god tid före er ankomst. Städavgift 1000 kr/100 E. Altan med sjöutsikt. Båt gratis. Hyra av motor 1000 kr/100 E.

Stuga med sjötomt och egen strand samt egen brygga. 3 sovrum, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, 2 rum med varsin våningssäng, samt en bäddsoffa för 2 personer i tv-rummet. Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish. The house is modern with high standard and is located in a quiet area in a beautiful nature with few other houses nearby. Here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boat trip or just relax and watch the world go by.

Dear guests. We follow Corona instructions regarding cleaning. The lake is also very clean.. a rowingboot is available,. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet. Pls mail for further information A new sauna is ready to be used by the lake. A minor cost extra if wanted. . Negotiable... Värnamo city is 6 km away.

"Elisabets lägenhet" 40 m till sjön med egen båt

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.

Large lakeside house

Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
