Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Appartment SEA VIEW is located in the heart of Kali. This old stone house in a row was built in year 1900. and has the soul of Mediterranean as it once was. The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! This appartment has everything you need for an island vacation, it has a big yard for kids to play and a grill barbecue in the garden. It's located only 20 meters from market and caffe bar, and 150 meters from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea...

Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Es ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien, die ein Haus in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand haben wollen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein klassisches Ferienhaus benötigt. Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.
