We had a memorable two-night stay at this beautiful place with our two little kids. The private pool was definitely a highlight. Clean and well-maintained, it was perfect for a refreshing dip anytime—and our kids absolutely loved splashing around. Surrounded by lush greenery, the whole place had a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind. Though Mr. Babu, the caretaker, had a family emergency during our visit and we couldn’t try the home-cooked meals that other guests have praised, Mr. Basheer stepped in and was incredibly helpful. This place is perfect for a quiet family getaway or a relaxed weekend with friends.

Staying at the Hive villa was one of the most peaceful and beautiful times of our lives lately, it is maintained very well with all possible amenities and comforts you can ask for from a home like property. Kudos to Prasad and his team Alvin, Ajit, Abhishek for hosing us, it felt like home away from home. Even our pet was welcomed equally. The tree house is gorgeous and the villa has access to cricket, basketball, bi-cycles, other indoor games too, so that the kids had lots to do as well. Food is very good and property's location if absolutely charming. You are nestled amidst coffee plantations and so much lush greens around, even the sounds of birds and Malabar squirrel can be heard from a distance. We will definitely be back here Prasad. We had such a great stay at Ajesh’s place. We stayed in the cave room. It was magical. The private pool with the waterfall was incredible. We would highly recommend the candlelight dinner. Dinner was sumptuous it was the highlight of the trip. With so much to do around within the property, Ajesh is the perfect host so welcoming we felt right at home.

Bhadra Estate is a beautiful villa tucked away from the city, surrounded by peaceful coffee plantations — a perfect getaway to relax in nature. The villa is designed thoughtfully, with large glass windows that bring the outdoors inside. Even during peak summer, the place stayed cool & airy. The private pool & the little stream right in front made it feel like we were living right in the middle of nature, surrounded by the calming sounds of water & birds. The villa itself is very well designed, blending modern comforts with natural surroundings. Mr. Sai Das was extremely friendly & our parents really enjoyed chatting with him whenever he dropped by with food. (Which was delicious, with plenty of options & snacks) He also went out of his way to get some jackfruits to take on moms request & arranged for Prince to drive us back to Kannur. Jerry, a hardcore naturalist who hosted us and made our Waynad trip more exciting. The property is well maintained and esthetic. The property is full of experiences. Jerry himself took us to his coffee plantation and a beautiful lake inside the property with his own car. We did Kayaking in his private lake and it was a wonderful experience. Sagar, his assistant, is polite and took us for a morning walk. We were able to spot birds and malabar giant squirrel. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect weekend getaway and family get togethers.

The resort was a perfect place to relax in nature, away from the city. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our stay comfortable. We absolutely loved the food—it was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!
