Будиночок має все необхідне для комфортного проживання: Зручності: Wi-Fi, опалення (електрообігрівач і дров'яна пічка) та окрема кухня в хвилинному доступі. Вбиральня та душ в окремій будівлі в 20-30 секундах. Зона відпочинку: дворик з барбекю та відкритою кухонькою з холодильником.
