My family loved this place! It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores. You'll get used to the airplanes flying overhead every 20 minutes (and they don't fly after about 11 pm, so that's nice). Check in, and out, was super easy. We're already planning on coming back for summer!!!!

Everything was perfect and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! it was convenient that The washer and dryer were there. Definitely would stay again.

Loved this cute cottage sanctuary steps from the beach and boardwalk! It was incredibly well-stocked for 3 adults who cooked all our meals at the house. We loved the patio for mealtimes and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely and hosts provided proactive instructions to maintain how nice and clean it was! Bathroom was clean, too. We appreciated the beach supplies available. No kids in our group, but we noticed how the Airbnb was stocked with many toys and supplies! Walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, and grocery store. Andrea was super helpful and reached out over text to ensure a smooth check-in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with this quintessential La Jolla beach bungalow, and felt immediately at home. We especially appreciated family dinners in the spacious private backyard, and walking to the beach, restaurants, and playground. Chip and Elise were perfect hosts and always very responsive. We had an amazing stay and are already planning a return trip!

This house was adorable, clean and in a great location. If it’s going to be hot while you stay, the house does get very warm in the late afternoon and takes a while to cool back down when the sun goes down. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels and extra towels. We had a great experience and would stay again given the opportunity.

My wife, 2-year old daughter, and I stayed here for an extended weekend and had a great time. Perfect location near Belmont Park and close enough to walk to Pacific Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for 1 or 2 people. Quiet and very close to shops and restaurants of south park.

I found it refreshing that there wasn't a request for cleaning as a guest on top of a cleaning fee charge. Place was great overall and in a convenient location! Thanks Matt.

Great experience, great location. It's on a main street so it's busy with traffic, at times. Not a bad thing, but just something to point out. The front is private and gated from the traffic by a beautiful and inviting area to lounge and hang out with our pups. Lovely home with all that we needed during our stay. Great host and super responsive! Would love to stay again!

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephany’s cottage. The cottage is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store & public transport. The cottage was cosy, clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the private outdoor space as well. Stephany was very responsive any time we needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the cottage!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom and it was a very good experience. The location is amazing close to everything and very convenient if you don’t want to drive around and park places. It’s a 5-10minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to downtown San Diego and even La Jolla and the fare is cheap at $2.50! When we wanted to go to Pacific beach Franz and Scarlett had two bikes that we were able to use to get there which was amazing since it was like a 12 minute bike ride to the beach!! The bed was comfortable and pleasant to sleep with provided fans in case we needed it. The street parking was not an issue we were always able to find something in front of the house we we did take the car. Overall a nice and clean place to stay with an amazing location in Pacific Beach San Diego 👍🏼

Great home - beautifully decorated and well stocked. The backyard is an absolute gem! Well maintained and super clean. Loved the fenced backed yard for our small pups. Host is super friendly and responsive.

Elizabeth is my all-time favorite host!! She’s very accommodating, replies quickly and is just the sweetest person. I highly recommend her place!

This was our second stay at Rachel’s listing. We had a wonderful time as usual! It’s in a great location and walkable to the beach and the bay! We were able to find parking whenever we needed it as well close by. Rachel was super responsive and provided us with what we needed and more! The house is extremely clean and comfy. Hope to be back again for a 3rd time!!! Thanks Rachel!!!!

My daughter lives in Pacific Beach and Renee’s place was even closer and more convenient than I originally thought Parking is GREAT ! Beach and Bay close - and a plethora of pubs, Cafes , restaurants It was a perfect size for me .. Communication’s easy Would love to return

Cute spot right by the beaches. We loved being so close to both the bay and ocean. The store next door was super helpful to grab snacks or anything we forgot, the owner was very friendly. The funky lemon cafe two doors away was also fantastic. We grabbed coffee/fresh juice there every morning and got lunch/pastries a number of times as well. The banana muffins and turkey sandwich are incredible. The staff was fantastic and really made us feel at home in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised at how safe and family friendly the neighborhood felt. The house is right on the main road and it’s definitely a bit loud at times, we aren’t used to street noise at night so brought a sound machine and slept just fine. Easy parking in a big lot is a nice short walk away or street parking if you luck out, just be aware of the street sweeping times… we almost got a ticket one morning. The place comes with a bunch of beach toys, boogie board and towels which we appreciated too

Wonderful stay in OB at Catrina’s house. Walking distance to everything you need, home had everything we needed for our stay. Catrina was in touch making sure we had everything we need, would stay again without a second thought.
