Welcome to The ModPod. A comfortable, clean, modern space with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with south facing windows and hand laid brick floors. Includes subfloor radiant heat for the winter and a skylight for ventilation in the summer. An off grid gem with wireless internet, beautiful finishes, and comfortable furniture. The studio is located in the Greater World Earthship Community, just past the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. 20 minutes from the heart of the historic district.

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Relax on the deck overlooking the water, and during late spring and early summer, listen to the river as you fall asleep. The quaint village of Dixon (an artist and vineyard, orchard, organic farm community) is just a mile away.
