Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Die Wohnung befindet sich Erdgeschoss eines umgebauten Bauernhauses mit beidseitigem direktem Zugang zum Garten. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcoach, 1 Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Kochecke.

In der geschlossenen Veranda mit ihren grossen Schiebefenster geniesst man einen tollen Weitblick auf den Genfersee und die franz. Alpen. Der lauschige Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.
