The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.
