We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Please note that there are stairs to get to it. It is a separate studio located at the lower level of our house. Also, we just added a portable air conditioner for the summer months :).
