Olga's house is a beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished house a block from the beach. The Paraiso Del Mar development is a quiet enclave on a peninsula a short boat ride from town. The free boat runs every half hour to Marina Cortez in La Paz. A phone call to the shuttle bus driver gets you from the house to the boat dock. The area may be too quiet for some, but for us it was a good place to base our adventures from. There are free bicycles for use, maintained by the development. There is a nice pool with hot tub and ping-pong table a half block from the house. The highlights of La Paz for us included renting a car to hit the beaches just north of town. Tecolote was our favorite. We also went on a Panga ride around Isla Espirito Santo with Marlin Adventures. Our guide and captain (Erik and Sergio) educated us on the history, flora, and fauna of this amazing area. The snorkeling was some of the best I have every seen.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are a family. Lots of room to run around, Manglito is a neighbourhood with a lot of history. Get out and get to know the locals, the cafe chiva and small shop around the corner are awesome. Close enough to walk to the malecon or the large supermarket. Definitely recommend a car for exploring further than that. Only thing worth mentioning is that due to the location of the house there is a lot of dust. This wasn’t a problem for us, as the house breathes well. Margarita is an amazing host. It was a blessing to get to meet her a few times. Also doing a shout out here to el nopal Spanish school. They organised a teacher to come to our house each day for lessons

A really nice place to stay in La Paz. Large kitchen and dining room to chat with other travelers. Parking on the property behind a locked gate. And really great homemade muffins for breakfast!

En comparación Calidad-Precio es excelente. Nos dejaron entrar con dos perritos que traemos a nuestros viajes. El lugar se describe tal cual está. Las camas son muy cómodas para descansar sin problema. Regresaría en futuros viajes son duda.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, nos sentimos muy cómodos, la zona es muy tranquila, el lugar coincide con las fotos.

En general 4.5 estrellas, acorde al precio, la ubicación es muy buena, restaurantes cercanos muy buenos, el cuarto muy bien, cama comoda, la verdad recomendable

Lugar agradable, la habitación con todo y de todo. Muy accesible y sobre todo tranquilo y muy seguro

Es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene buena ubicación, tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, cuenta con lo esencial, la cama es cómoda y tiene buena iluminación
