Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Excelente opción para unas vacaciones en la playa, muy práctico tener la playa pegada a la casa ya que es muy cómodo para toda la familia, una zona muy tranquila ideal para descansar, se pueden encontrar todos los servicios muy cerca, en general muy buena opción para unas excelentes vacaciones

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

Wow... we loved everything! As soon as we met Homero during check in, we knew that we were going to have a lovely stay. He and his wife are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their home was everything we could have hoped for. The space was comfortable, clean, felt like home and has everything you could need. From sunscreen, floaties, beach chairs, bikes, charcoal - it felt like we were staying with family. The private parking with a gated yard makes you feel super secure at night although the location is already quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay so much we extended our reservation an extra day. Highly recommend. Thank you Homero and Pia!

Súper cómoda la casa , las Áreas comunes son para todas las casas del coto cosa q no leí , pero super limpias muy buen mantenimiento diario y la casa cuenta con todo lo básico para una estancia agradable

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Casa Toscana was pretty much the perfect spot in Sayulita for my wife and I, our 11 month old daughter, and my in-laws. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed it immensely. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous, the pool was refreshing on hot afternoons, and the home was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, had plenty of hot water, and the water was drinkable. Bill and Kathy were great hosts. They're super responsive and very friendly. We really enjoyed getting to meet them. The only issue we encountered was that the baby equipment (pac n' play, stroller, booster seat) was quite dated. The pac n' play had a bad odour (which Bill and Kathy did their best to address) but we ended up renting one from an amazing local company. (sayulitababyrental dot com) Bill covered the balance of that rental and we really couldn't ask for much more from an airbnb host. We absolutely would, and hopefully will, rent from Bill and Kathy again.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Cristian and Juan’s place was such a gem. It’s just far enough from town to feel peaceful and private, but still a 10-minute walk to all the action. The view of the jungle and mountains? Unreal. Perfect spot to nap or tan on the patio after the beach. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen made it easy to whip up breakfast, and their tips for food spots, beaches, and things to do were on point. You can tell they genuinely care—everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. And their dog Panda? Total sweetheart. The hill it’s on gives an extra bit of calm and privacy, but something to note if mobility is an issue! It was perfect for us and added to the views. Safe, serene, and full of good energy. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Cristian and Juan are truly lovely hosts.

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

Fue una estancia verdaderamente agradable y nuestra anfotriona Rebeca excelente persona. Volveria con todo el gusto del mundo.

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

I love the open air concept, includes an enclosed bedroom and bathroom. Lush with surrounding greenery. It is quiet and shielded from noisy nightlife in town. The cleaners also found my brand new necklaces I left behind and stored them away for me to retrieve. Wonderful spot!

We just spent 11 days at Casa Jacqui and would highly recommend. A little oasis in a quiet area of town yet close enough to walk everywhere. Matilde was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly to any of our inquiries and was always accommodating to any of our requests. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrella. The pool area was so pretty and well maintained. We spent most of our afternoons there. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

a great quiet peaceful property 5th floor good views elevator outside of unit great patio to eat on beach access very close and nice plenty of beach chairs everyday taxis out front with no wait time. Gisela very pleasant and responsive to your needs would definitely stay again

El lugar es inmejorable. Alberca climatizada, el departamento bonito y cómodo. Todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. Yessica muy atenta y respondía de inmediato a cualquier duda.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

Hugo's 2 bedroom at Harbor 171 was exactly as expected. The location is an easy walk to many restaurants in Versaille and a quick 10 min drive to Centro. The pool at Harbor 171 is amazing. This condo has a very large refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker. This was our 2nd time at Harbor 171 and we will be back! Hugo responded quickly to any questions. Overall a great experience.

We love Sayulita and enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance…a really great location.

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to family & friends. Super fun, friendly town and walkable. Sunday Brunch at La Patrona Polo & Equestrian Club EXCELLENT!! Walked on beach to amazing turtle release. Tuesday San Pancho Market day in town square FANTASTIC! Surfed beach about 40 min away GREAT! Spent evening walking San Pancho dining then BEST ice cream & live music multiple establishments. Breakfast in town then beach & pool fun. Everyone had a wonderful family vacation!!
