Siempre encantada con este alojamiento. Es como llegar a casa, el trato amable, la gentileza de Ada y sus atenciones son excepcionales. El cuidado y la higiene hacen este lugar super acogedor. Lo recomendaría y volveré siempre que pueda.

We really enjoyed our stay - the pictures didn't do the private backyard justice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location - short walk to the main hotel with its pool and restaurants.

Anabella est une hôte exceptionelle d'attention, gentillesse et de réactivité (et parle aussi un excellent français): merci!! Etre à 2mn à pied de la plage change l'experience de Casa de Campo. Plus encore avec des enfants. Vous adorerez prendre vos repas dans le luxuriant jardin, parsemé d'orchidées, délicieuses figues sur l'arbre, et visité par perroquets et colibris. L'internet est excellente pour travailler, même dans le jardin. Acoustique Sonos pour agrémenter votre séjour ou bains d'un jacuzzi chaud sous les lauriers.

We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

I want to start by highlighting abel our host he was amazing costumer service was top notch very responsive and always available the home it self was great just as in the picture we felt right at home lets just say that i will definetly be staying here again in the near future so if youre looking for a great home with great location and cozy this is the place to book

We had the nicest stay! The ladies- Gladys and Sonia made us feel right at home. Marie was super helpful with planning logistics for our arrival and so responsive during the trip with any questions. The house was clean and cozy, and tastefully decorated. We travelled with three kids and found the cooking and amenities to be so kid friendly! Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!!!!

Excelente lugar, casa bien distribuida con espacios cómodos, judith es el final en la cocina todo estuvo excelente, muy buena comunicación con Ellus. sin duda alguna volvería!

¡Tuvimos una estadía increíble en esta hermosa villa! Las vistas eran impresionantes, el lugar estaba limpio, amplio y tenía todo lo necesario para una escapada cómoda y relajante. La piscina privada y el área exterior fueron perfectas para disfrutar del sol. Lo que más nos gustó fue la flexibilidad y amabilidad del anfitrión. Se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades y siempre estuvieron atentos para ayudarnos, incluso con excelentes recomendaciones locales. De verdad hicieron que todo fuera fácil y sin estrés. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda volveriamos!

Michelle, Chispa, Ramona and Nela, are the BEST! Not only are they extremely professional, kind, and helpful but are also amazing human beings. They will not hesitate to go out of their way to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. The Villa is gorgeous and so are all the surroundings in Casa de Campo. Great family place, Incredible Golf or just a great place to find some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place!! I’m coming back for SURE! Muchísima gracias por todo!!!!

We loved our stay at this lovely property and can’t wait to come back. Belkys was helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. The only thing to note is that if there is another guest arriving the same day of check out, cleaning begins before check-out time. All in all though, a wonderful week.

We had an excellent stay at Manuel’s place. He was always very responsive and helpful with our questions. He was incredibly helpful during a medical emergency with our son and helped arrange an ambulance to the hospital - thank you Manuel. The villa is gorgeous, so much space and the pool area is spectacular. The staff are wonderful - Johadies cooking is brilliant and Enrique was so attentive - he made the best Pina Coladas we’ve ever had! Santa was also very friendly. English isn’t spoken but we got by with Google translate. Johadies has a menu of meals to chose from, she will then write you a list of groceries and you can go to the supermarket in the marina to purchase - all very easy. The villa is excellently located for the beach and the pool. We can’t wait to come back to Casa and stay at Los Lagos again! Thank you!

Eduardo was a very responsive and helpful host. house was great .the staff were very helpful from cooking to cleaning. would definately recommend this house. looking forward to our next visit.

El alojamiento es hermoso, las fotos no le hacen justicia y las atenciones de Zoila fueron 1A, muy atenta y servicial. Volvería sin duda.

The staff at the villa were amazing! We attribute the highlight of our vacation to their excellence. They kept everything clean, did our laundry, and made the most delicious meals for our family. You can tell that they are talented, genuinely care about the property, its guests, and the owners! The property management on the other hand, nearly ruined our appreciation for the experience. Communication with Maria and her staff was inconsistent, unprofessional, and lacked transparency. They tacked on fees and inappropriately asked for more money. By the end of our trip we were out another $1,000 on top of what we paid for our stay. We caution future travelers to stick to AirBnB communications only to save yourselves the trouble and distaste of being asked for money repeatedly via email. Again, I do not believe that Maria and property management should deter you from booking this place. The location was peaceful, convenient, and beautiful. The owner and on-site staff were a true delight!
