We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

We enjoyed our stay, we had 10 people it was a mix of teens, adults and 1 child. The house is beautiful, each bedroom was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom. The first floor provided good space to gather. In the pool there are 2 shallow areas and 1 is usually in the shade and 1 in the sun, this was helpful to have what each individual needed all day. We loved the neighborhood, it is lush with vegetation and lovely sounds of nature. Right outside the gate is an additional development with many great cafes and areas to walk. We really didn’t discover this until the last day. To do over we would’ve utilized this for dinners or breakfasts. The closest cafe was less than a five minute walk. If you have a car this is a great location to get to the beaches or any surrounding area easily. I would easily recommend this home, the pictures accurately represent the property.

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

Absolutely fabulous stay. The house was amazing and the hosts are wonderful people. They provided excellent local recommendations and made us feel like treasured guests.

This is a cute, little jungle hideaway that gives you the sense of privacy and serenity. The house was cute and as pictured in the description. We thoroughly enjoyed that every bedroom was attached to a full bathroom. My favorite was the rough top and it was so lovely at night. The binder that they prepared about the house, attraction and Tulum was extremely helpful. The concierge helped planned our trip and gather things for me as it was my mother's birthday trip. If any little things came up about the house, their response was quick and solved any little issues (which weren't many). The location was in a great spot with cute cafes, restaurants and markets. Would recommend and would stay again.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Muy lindo lugar, muy bien ambientado, súper tranquilo y lleno de plantas que te hacen sentir en el medio de la selva!

Wir hatten anfangs Schwierigkeiten um die Unterkunft zu finden doch die freundlichen Menschen in der Umgebung haben uns geholfen um es zu finden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern, man hatte alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und angenehm. Der Pool war klein aber genug um sich vernünftig abzukühlen. Außerdem war es wie ein privater Pool, da niemand ausser uns da war. Da in der Gegend viele Bauarbeiten statt finden, sind die Strassen noch nicht asphaltiert und es gibt hin und wieder Geräusche. Abends ist es manchmal etwas lauter, da die Bars in der Gegend die Musik etwas zu laut drehen. Wir sind zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und bedanken uns!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here! Safe and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful courtyard, pool and scenery. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants/shops, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I also highly recommend booking a massage through them, they were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience.

Great location, easy to walk around. Stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. Amazing Private pool and shaded lounge area, had an incredible view of the sunset! May have been nice to know that the pool was missing a pane of glass, we had intending to use floaty in the pool but didn’t feel safe doing so, but with that being said it was amazing to have and great to spend time in. Communal pool was shared by 6 or 7 units, never busy and well maintained. Host was great, super responsive and VERY accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. AC in every room, in suite laundry was a huge bonus! Walking distance to PePe food truck, had incredible tacos for a great price. If you wanted something more upscale El Agavero had great food! OG for breakfast was awesome. Found that most of the best meals we had were closer to the Airbnb and not on the main (highway 307). Super cool area in general, C.7 Sur had great shops, food and bars. Always felt Safe walking around even at night.

Jorge was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. If you have a longer stay the washing machine is a definite plus.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Ideal location. The apartment is full of light and private. Right in the middle of Aldea Zama and the building has a convenience store at the bottom.

Great spacious, modern place. We loved the rooftop pool! This place was true to Tulum vibes!

Lugar cómodo. Lo utilizamos prácticamente solo para dormir. La terraza con el jacuzzi y el asador valió la pena.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

This place was amazing! From the moment I got there, everything was perfect. Everyone I talked to was so helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I booked a few excursions through the Airbnb and they were all awesome—super fun and really well planned. The condo itself was beautiful, super clean, and felt really comfortable the whole time. It had everything I needed and more. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re thinking about booking, just go for it—you’re going to love it!

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 3 couples staying in Tulum for 2 nights. The fact that we all had separate entrances to our rooms was amazing but there was also a shared space where we were able to hang out together during the day. The private pool was amazing, as was the shared pool area. It is truly a beautiful place and a great place to stay while in Tulum.

My friends and I stayed for two days. Lilian allowed us early check-in and late check-out. The home was clean and extremely beautiful. Anthony was very helpful and took care of our needs. We were able to rent ATVs that were brought to us all thanks to this amazing team. Throughout my stay I felt safe and relaxed. I visited the onsite amenities like the pool, the cenote, and the cafe. The location was perfect because it was in between the resorts on the beach and the downtown of Tulum making it very walkable or better ATVable. I would definitely book with this team when I return to Tulum. Thank you for hosting an amazing home.

Amazing stay. 10/10 recommend. So much value. There’s construction hence why the price is so low for such a luxurious place in a beautiful classy neighborhood. This place will easily be 3x the price when construction is complete so take advantage of the value while you can. To begin; they give you detailed instructions, message you prior to your arrival to ensure you’re prepared and they accommodate to whatever request you have. When you arrive, you’ll be escorted to your room just let them know when you’ll arrive.When you walk it’s beautiful and spacious. Everything is brand new and big and open. The wood cabinets are beautiful and high quality. They have everything you need to cook. Spices oils, utensils. You could definitely do a long term stay. The bathrooms are big with high quality toiletries. The balcony; It’s a 2 story balcony; the top feels like you’re in Greece beautiful pool and there is an outdoor shower and full bathroom and grill. Will return! Highly recommended!
