5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Charming holiday apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine kleine 1-Zimmerwohnung (30 m2) mit 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten: Ein Schrankbett (2 mal 70 × 200) und eine ausziehbare Couch (1 oder 2 mal 70 × 200) Matratzentopper sind vorhanden. Zentral und ruhig gelegen, mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Tourismusbüro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur wenige Schritte zum Laaxer See, der im Winter zum Eislaufen und im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die Skibus-Haltestelle ist 20 m entfernt. Kauf von Skipässen neben dem Eingang des Hauses.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
