Laguna Breeze Cottage is a beautiful newly renovated 3br/2b cottage located within a short walk to the Emerald Coast! The Carousel Food & Wine market, Thomas Donuts, Rosemary Beach, 30A and Pier Park are close by for fantastic shopping and restaurants. Evenings in you can enjoy a full kitchen with new appliances. Outdoors is a large wraparound deck that spans the length of the rear of the house and is loaded with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and umbrellas for shade and relaxation!

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
